I had my eye on an old teal trike she had and after Will attempted to ride it, picnic basket in hand, I quickly decided to purchase it for a "one-day" nursery. I had no idea how how soon that nursery would become a reality and could have never dreamed it would be awaiting 2 sweet babies. It was special to be able to drag it out the closet where it's been waiting. Not sure how long it'll last as Nursery "decor" though...little boys think bikes are for riding!
And remember, we're staying positive so please send positive thoughts our way! And positively buy a few our our Tshirts! And let's just agree not to talk about Russia massing troops on the boarder. As of today adoptions are still happening and our team sees no cause for concern at the moment. No one ever said this was going to be easy...I just didn't realize Putin having a chip on his shoulder 20 years after the fall of the USSR was going to cause me to stay awake at night worry for the fate of so many orphans with families just days or weeks away. All we can do is pray and hope for peace....and paint furniture and decorate a nursery! Lots of DIY projects in my future!
